Easy Pancakes

the best I can say about these is that they raised. The taste was not good. I even added some vanilla and it didn't help. Sorry.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Not particularly thrilled with these. Way too cakey. More like a chocolate scone. But chocolate is chocolate so they weren't bad, just more like mini cakes.

Divine Chicken with Green Beans

Easy and delicious. The whole family enjoyed it. The only change I made was to use low-fat cream cheese instead of heavy cream. Delicious, and great left-overs. Thanks.

I have had this recipe in my box for two years and can't wait for each autumn so I can make it again. It is outstanding. It even passed my German in-law test. The meat is tender and juicy and it fills my house with amazing aroma.

Apple Butter Pork Loin

This recipe is awesome. My whole family enjoyed it. It was tender and had a lot of flavor, which is sometimes hard to do with pork. Thank you so much. I'm keeping this in my recipe box and sharing it with friends. Lynn

Salisbury Steak

After trying several recipes for salisbury steak, I found this one to be the absolute best. Talk about flavor. The condensed french onion soup seems to be the key. Thank you so much for helping me find a hearty meal for my family that was relatively simple too. ---Lynn O.
