Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2011
My chicken turned out a little soggy but it may just be my frying skills. The sauce though was delicious!! I loved it!!

Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2011
For how quick and easy it is it's fantastic! I also added 2 eggs and some spices. It did have a little trouble cooking (I probably ended up cooking it for closer to 35-40 minutes) but it was easy and yummy!

Slow Cooker Fruit, Nuts, and Spice Oatmeal

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2011
The ingredients certainly have potential. I tried the same as others to check it and put it on warm versus low to make sure it didn't burn. It still did. The taste was also very bland and I am not one to add sugar but I did.

French Toast Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2011
Delicious! I actually layered the bed in a few spots (used 2 pieces of top of each other) and also used end pieces to avoid it getting too soggy and it absolutely worked and was delicious!

Shrimp Burritos

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2011
They were very good. I didn't realize so much would be going on at once, so for not the most experienced cook in the world like me I did sort of burn the rice, but still, everything tasted good!

Asian Lettuce Wraps

They were delicious! I used soy crumbles and added the bamboo chutes too! What really topped it off was using Thai peanut sauce on top! Easy to make and so good!!

Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
I loved them! First and foremost I am not an excellent cook and generally when I meddle with recipes it does not work for me. However these were so simple it was ridiculous! I did add a touch of additional cinnamon and actually about 1/2 tsp of all spice (I love the smell alone)! I also did 1/2 flour and 1/2 whole wheat flour. Honestly, I made peanut butter oatmeal cookies last week with butter and much more sugar and I loved these so much more! :)
