This was excellent! It is somewhat healthier than the Grandma Ople apple pie (much less butter) but still forms a delicious syrup in the pie filling. The only modification I made to the recipe was to add a splash of vanilla. I made it with the "Pie Crust IV" recipe on this site.

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I

Delicious! I used apples instead of raisins because my husband doesn't like them. I halved the recipe and had two large loaves. They definitely only needed to bake around 30 minutes.

Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

This was OK, but I think I honestly like regular PB&J better. It tasted less like peanut butter than a normal peanut butter and jelly sandwich (I guess I expected the opposite), and the jelly got so hot that it burned me when it oozed out. It was worth trying once, though!

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

This dough was delicious and easy to make. My husband said that the pizza was "better than one you'd get at a pizza place," which is saying a lot considering the man LOVES pizza! It took around 22 minutes for the pizza to cook all the way through; I think I should have cooked the dough a bit prior to cooking the pizza. For toppings, I just pre-sauteed some frozen mixed peppers and chopped up some fresh tomatoes and jalapenos for an extra kick. Delicious!

Basic Cream Cheese Frosting

This was excellent frosting -- it had the perfect consistency (very thick but creamy and spreadable). I put it on the "Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes" and it was DELISH!

Cake Balls

Great recipe! I froze the balls for an hour after forming them so that they would not melt in the chocolate, and it worked perfectly. Also, instead of using baker's melting chocolate, I just melted half a bag of semisweet chocolate chips and a stick of butter. It hardened up wonderfully.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

The sauce really is fantastic - it tastes like the dill sauce you usually find with cucumber appetizers but is a bit less dense. I wish I had made a double batch to dip fresh veggies in! As for the fish, I didn't have lemon wedges or cajun seasoning, so I used lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and garlic salt.

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Delicious and easy -- this was a great recipe. The only thing I'd change is to use a deep dish 9" pie crust next time; I had a lot of filling left over that wouldn't fit in the crust. Otherwise, it was spot on!
