This is an exellent go-to recipe for pasta salad. I made this almost every week during the summer months.

Margaritas Maravillosos

Reviewed: May 31, 2012
I really enjoyed these! It was so convenient using the frozen limeade concentrate and it gave it a really nice flavor. Blending it all together gave it a really frothy consistency which I enjoyed.

Fry Bread Tacos II

Reviewed: May 31, 2012
These turned out quite well, but I've had better. I had some fabulous fry bread tacos in New Mexico and was hoping these would turn out the same. The fry bread was a little too dense for my taste; it wasn't filled with air bubbles like the authentic ones are. All in all, it was a good dinner but I'm not sure I'll use this exact recipe again.

Caprese on a Stick

Reviewed: May 31, 2012
Absolutely delicious! I could easily eat an entire plate myself. I ended up making them like tiny sandwiches with a half of tomato on top, mozarella and basil in the middle, and another half tomato at the end. It all fit nicely on one toothpick.

Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake

Reviewed: May 31, 2012
These turned out really moist and full of strawberry! I had my boyfriend help me make these and it was a ton of fun using jello and marshmallows to make a cake.

Summer Chicken Burgers

Reviewed: May 31, 2012
Excellent chicken burgers! I added extra avacado and I left off the onion and used swiss cheese instead of provolone, because that's what I had on hand. I'll definitely make these again.

Lemon Honey Butter Tarts

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
I really like how these turned out. I did make one change by using filo cups instead of normal tarts. I just couldn't find tart shells at my grocery store. The filling is excellent. It was sweeter than I expected and I might add extra lemon next time. I really love sour lemons though, so if I make these for a party I'll keep the recipe as is.

Crabmeat Rollups

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
Easy, fast, and freezes well. What more do you need in an appetizer? This is a great recipe to make on a boring day and then freeze until you need them. I think they'd even make a good kid's snack. Just don't tell them there's crab in it until after they've eaten the whole plate!

Grilled Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage with Tomato Cream Sauce Over Linguine

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
I really liked this sauce! I usually do white or red sauce, and the combination of the two was refreshing and easy to make. I ended up using spiral noodles, because I already had them on hand. I will definitely make this again.

Pizza Alfredo with Roasted Vegetables

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
This was an excellent recipe and the leftovers held over very well! I ended up using a smaller version of the naan bread, because that's what my grocery store had. I also used fresh tomatoes because my family doesn't like sun-dried. I think all the flavors worked very well together and this was a quick tasty meal.

Greek Salad with Spinach & Feta Chicken Sausage

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
This is a great dinner salad. I'll use this recipe again on those nights when I want something filling and super easy. At first, I was concerned about there being too many strong flavors, but they all complimented each other nicely.

Hot Cranberry Citrus Punch

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2012
Great recipe! This was so easy to make and it tasted fabulous. Not a drop was left over! I only made one substitution. I didn't have any cinnamon sticks on hand, so I put powdered cinnamon into a coffee filter, tied it off with twist-ties, and let that hang out in the punch while it brewed. It worked very well.

Sleeper Heater Lentil Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2012
This was very easy to make. I'm glad I checked on it half way through because my lentils were cooked in less than two hours! In terms of flavor, I liked the heat I got from the curry paste, but I agree with other reviewers that this recipe needs a little something extra. The flavor was mostly lentil with a curry after thought. If you really love lentils this recipe is definitely for you!

Hash Brown Sandwich

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2012
This took a while to make, but the end result was very tasty! I did have a hard time getting my hash brown to stay in a nice circle. Next time I make this I might try using frozen hash brown patties to make the process a little quicker too. All in all, I'll definitely make this again!
