I was surprised my kids love it. I really did not like it and I like sloppy Joes. For the ease of cooking and my children, I gave it a 4.

Peanut Butter Fudge IV

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2011
Oh my my my son made this and is so GOOD!!!! Hard to be patient for 3 minutes because the time is to short not to stir it and go do something else, but well worth it. The Peanut Butter bomb. (Washing measuring cups not too fun. but worth this also.)

Hamburger Soup I

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2011
Best soup ever for my opinion. I give it a 5. My kids -probably since this was healthy- would say 2 or 3. but I had 2 big bowls and that is not my usual. I did add 2 teaspoons garlic powder for flavor per reviews I read. So good.

Barlow's Blackened Catfish

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2011
I cut the cayenne in 1/2 and added a cajun spice I had not used yet. I did not have the salad dressing so stirred lime juice into the spices at the bowl bottom and poured that over the fish. I also Just put some butter in the pan to sear with instead of brushing the butter on the sides. I also just heated everything back up in my electric skillet to serve instead of doing oven. Saved a pan and having to deal with oven. Very tasty.

Cinnamon Ice Cream

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
hard to have a bad ice cream so we ate this, butt tasted so much like eggnog and would not harden up. We have been given the wrong salt at feed store my husband said. Not pure salt. So I would have given this a 2 or 3, but since salt may have been problem gave it a 4. I was hesitant at doing custard type. regular no cook w/out eggs better for us.

I did not have asparagus so used frozen green beans and we liked it pretty well. also substituted slivered almond since I could not find my sesame seeds. ( may have used up) and rice bran oil since i di not have the sesame oil. Hopefully make again when I actually have these 3 items. Worked well other way also.
