This was a great recipe. I didn't have romano, so i doubled up on the parmesan, and I, too, mixed in the mozzeralla based on others' advice. There seemed to be something "missing," but when i heated the leftovers the next day, the flavor really came out; I guess it needed to sit for the flavors to meld. Would defiantely make this again!
