Creamy Dill Dressing

Yum! I fudged it a bit, based on what I had on hand. I used a pre-made dill mix, about 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, and heavy cream (more than was called for, it was a bit thick for my taste)instead of half and half.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Yum!! In the interest of time, I browned the chicken in just 2 T. of butter. Then I removed the chicken from the pan and added remaining ingredients, plus 1/2 C. of hot water (the sauce seemed too thick to me). Returned the chicken to the pan and simmered, covered, about 20 minutes while I cooked the pasta. Will be making this again!

I cut the salt from 1 tsp. to just a dash- and the stuffing mixtire was still extremely salty. Overall, an okay dish, but probably won't make this one again.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Good flavor, but didn't love the texture. It was very chewy around the edges. Made with blueberries; would decrease to 1 or 1 1/2 C. of fruit next time.

Whipped Cream

Easy and delicious. I chilled the bowl and the beaters ahead of time. Did not have confectioners sugar, so I subbed with granulated sugar. Great recipe!

Very good! I cut the recipe in half, and like another reviewer suggested, I spreaf the beans on the tortillas. Easy and tasty!

Warm Crab Dip I

I made this one according to the recipe, it was bland and tasted just like MAYO in a bowl. Then, I doctored it with additional spices and cheeses, a little at a time. Eventually, it was edible, but that is the best I can say for this dip. Will not make again.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

This was a great recipe. I didn't have romano, so i doubled up on the parmesan, and I, too, mixed in the mozzeralla based on others' advice. There seemed to be something "missing," but when i heated the leftovers the next day, the flavor really came out; I guess it needed to sit for the flavors to meld. Would defiantely make this again!
