Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

This is a delicious recipe. I have followed it exactly, and it's amazing. I have also tried it with lots more mushroom added to the filling. And that's really good too, more mushroom flavor. I put it in a ziplock bag and snip off a corner so I can pipe the filling into the mushrooms. I always have left over filling. I just freeze it and use it again within a week or so.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I love this recipe. I have made it many times. I feel like every ingredient is essential. I follow the recipe for the fruit salsa to a tee. Its amazing. Solicit some help in chopping fruit, make it a family activity. Don't judge me, I fry the tortillas for the chips. Cause fried flour tortillas are one of life's little pleasures that makes me happy.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

This is such an easy recipe. I use homemade Italian dressing, "Italian Dressing Mix" from this site. I always have a big batch of the dry mix ready, so whipping some Italian dressing takes 2 minutes. I use about a cup of dressing so the chicken has a good amount of sauce. When I don't have all day to let the chicken cook, I cut the breasts horizontally and set my crock pot to high, and it cooks in about 2 hours. My husband likes it best as a sandwich, but the kids and I like it best over rice. My family LOVES this recipe. And I LOVE how totally easy it is.

Taco Seasoning I

This is so much better than the packet. I make BIG batches because I have lots of mouths to feed, and I am always shocked by how fast we go through it. I cook chicken or left over pork roast simmering in a pot with water and a generous amount of this seasoning. I also add it to refried beans when making 7-layer chip dip.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I have been making this recipe for years. Two things I suggest: 1) Sift the flour, to avoid clumps. This allows you to be able to stir the batter less. Over-mixed batter will create a tougher bread. So sift the flour and stir just till the batter is combined. 2) Use mini-loaf pans. Less time in the oven means better crust.

Dry Buttermilk Ranch Mix

First time I made this, I followed the recipe exactly. But I felt like the celery flakes or dill was too overpowering. Next time I made it, I omitted both of those ingredients, and I added black pepper because I love black pepper. It came out perfect.

World's Best Lasagna

I didn't read any reviews, so maybe I'm the 6000th person to say this. But it was too salty. Next time I make it, I will reduce the salt to 1/2 tablespoon. Or maybe 2 teaspoons.

Cilantro Tomato Corn Salad

Best Beef Dip Ever

This is one of my favorite recipes. I make it all the time. Its my go-to recipe for feeding big crowds. Everybody loves it. I follow the recipe exactly, oh except I have never added the bay leaves. We add provolone or swiss cheese to our sandwiches. So delicious!
