I Love to cook ! but i'm cooking with my eyes and my taste i love to create new recipes and mostly i do not realy follow the recipe 100% :-)!there two times that i really messed up by boiling greek coffe and making a broccoicream soup so i'm not perfect but i try .

Baklava
I use always walnuts and I also put cinnamon sticks in the syrup .one important thing is to let the baklava cool down and then poor the hot syrup above and let it soak for a couple hours this is to keep the baklava crunchy and still juicy inside give it a try .

Bestes Rezept bis jetzt !!! I was not sure if i should try them out since i know what a pain it is since the dough is fluffy :-) and the cookies hard to get in shape ! Amazing that finally they got perfect i'm sorry for not having a picture but those poore things didn't make it long ;-) !

Greek Egg Biscuits
Efxaristo jia tin nostimi sindaji ! Was a very easy recipe ! The only problem i had was to get them in the traditional shape and i add orange extract not vanilla it tastes a way more fresh ,vanilla makes them to heavy since butter is the main ingredient than you very much ! I madesome with sasame and some without .I added a pic and they look realllyy yummy !
