Green Risotto with Fava Beans

I was very sorry to see this meal end! I added a little bit of Italian Seasoning, and I used chicken bouillon cubes, which meant that I didn't add any extra salt. It was a little salty for me, but my husband loved it!

Spicy Haddock

I completely left out the oil in this recipe, and used the spice measurements more as a guideline to adjust it to our tastes. I also left out the pepper sauce because I thought it was a little overkill on the spiciness. We really enjoyed this, and thought it brought out the taste of the fish rather than disguising it.

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

The cream cheese was a little hard to mix in, even though I had it at room temperature. My guests loved this dish more than I did...I felt it was too dense and not fluffy enough. Also, I only added about 2/3 of the amount of cream cheese. If I make this recipe again, I'll probably use Yukon gold potatoes.
