Avocado Rosemary Lime Bars

I needed to find a use for half a leftover avocado and this recipe emerged from my ingredient search. My husband thought these bars were really unique. They are a good combination of flavors and not too sweet.

Quinoa and Black Beans

This recipe is great. I like it both hot and cold. I've made it a couple of times to take to work for lunch. I add lettuce and spinach to make a salad. It's so flavorful, no salad dressing is necessary.

Rump Roast Au Jus

This was great. Based on other reviews, I expected this to be spicy. I thought it had a great flavor, but I would not describe it as spicy. I made as described. Only note for next time is that the cook time can be shortened. Meat was tender and ready at midway point when I flipped over.

Refreshing Lentil Salad

I made this to take to work for lunch. It's good on its own or with lettuce, which I did to make it a meal. I really like the lemon flavor. I don't care too much for chilled tomatoes, so next time I'll add just before serving or leave them out.

Basil Shrimp

I used the marinade portion of this recipe to flavor fish for fish tacos. It turned out great. I cut the recipe to 3 servings, which probably helped to ensure I didn't use too much mustard as other reviewers warned. I baked the fish in the oven and served with broccoli slaw, cheese, and other taco toppings. I will definitely keep this one and make again. Thanks.
