I made this on a whim, so I used ground cumin and a can of chili tomatoes. But it was great, I will be making this again!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

I will serve this again! It was moist and tender, and the family loved it. It's best to cook a couple of these at a time so you can have chicken leftover to put in meals later in the week like chicken and dumplings or chicken noodle soup.
