LOVED IT! A FEW CHANGES THO, to make it vegitarian: sauteed one small onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic then added ONE PKG of VEGGIE GROUND and only used ONE can of condensed mushroom soup instead of two cans of soup.Added one package of organic frozen corn and fresh mushrooms instead of canned stuff and MMM good !!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2003
SO GOOD ! One change though, I only used 1/2 a cup of sugar not 1 whole cup. Be sure your baking sheet is well greased so these moist treats do nto crumble when removing them, at least 5 mins after cooking on the cookie sheet.

Oat Applesauce Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2004
THESE are my new standard recipe muffins. The only changes I make is to add 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries, add 1/2 cup of wheat germ or use 1/2 cup opat and 1/2 cup wheat germ, and cook for 27 minutes @ 375. They are so delicious, moist, and if you don't tell, noone will know how good they are for you.

Sharon's Scrumptious Souvlaki

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2004
I have tried this marinade with EVERY possible meat and it is fab-u-lous EVRYTIME. I do not add the wine with chicken and recommend skipping it all together. I have also added lemon as per others suggestions an found it was not as good.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2008
DELICIOUS! I turned this into a main course by cutting the butter in half, then sauté the garlic in the butter before adding a 1/4 c of water two chicken breasts, and the broccoli. Cover and poach for ten minutes on med heat. I sub'd almonds for cashews and served it on basmati rice - my husband and two year old picky baby boy both went for seconds!
