Gluten Free Chef John's Flour Tortillas

Very good. Very easy to make. I've never made homemade tortillas before. Very easy to roll out. I'd make them bigger next time. Maybe cut recipe into 4 tortillas instead of 8. Woops: realized later that spelt flour isn't gluten free!

Yum! Very rich and very chocolatey! Kids loved it. I drizzled chocolate and caramel syrup over the powdered sugar. Will add it to my favorites!

The sauce is delicious. Tastes like a restaurant meal. I just added about 1/3 of the ginger called for. That was enough ginger for my taste.

My daughter loved these. We put honey mustard dipping sauce from this site over the top after serving. Will make again! Next time, I will try making with oats and oat flour to make gluten free.

Yum! These are delicious. I made exactly as written except added a tablespoon of caraway seeds to the meat mixture. The bread dough is exceptional, easy to make and very easy to work with.

We loved this. Made it just like the recipe said but did not let it sit overnight. I just soaked each slice of bread in the egg mixture before putting it in the pan.

Way too vinegary for my taste. whew! I checked to see if I did everything right and it seems I did. I used balsalmic vinegar as called for. Maybe it was a bad brand. Don't know. I won't be making this again though w/o modificatioins.
