About this Cook
Im a stay at home mom. I love being with my family and family meals are extremely important to us!
My favorite things to cook
I love pastas and being puerto rican I love traditional meals.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cooking sunday dinner with my family. Seeing the women in the kitchen and the men together may be old fashion to some but its tradition for us.
My cooking triumphs
Having my grandparents tell me my food tastes like their moms (my great grandmothers)
My cooking tragedies
I tend to make every recipe my own and change things up... but I dont think Ive ever had a tragedy...hahaha unless you count the first time I tried to make rice by myself. Not a good time!

Easy Tater Tot Hot Dish
Instead of tater tot I used chopped up russet potato that I seasoned in garlic onion salt and pepper. and used alfredo sause instead of cream of chicken... I also added broccoli to it... FAST EASY AMAZING!

Baked Pork Chops I
So this is my first time making this recipe and I did a few things different... I added 8oz of sour cream and did not add the white wine sauce. I also added a few other seasonings to the sauce like sazon (spanish), dill, and onion powder. I paired them with asparagus and a cheesy bacon penne. A FREAKIN MAZING!!!!
