Made this for a surprise 18th birthday party for my daughter. Huge hit!!! Followed the recipe in the sense that I measured everything out according to what the recipe said but decided along the way as to how much beef broth, beer etc I wanted to add. I rarely follow a recipe to the letter. Did not add the peppers, as the wasabi and chili powder were enough.

Curried Chicken and Rice Salad

This recipe was an excellent base to my additions. I put chili oil in with the rice while it was cooking. Substituted maramalade and a little red curry paste for chutney. Added shredded carrots and used diced chicken fingers. Great spice with a hint of sweet!

Spicy Peach-Glazed Pork Chops

I made a couple of changes just to accomodate what I had on hand. I used pork loin instead of chops, marmalade instead of peach preserves, mild curry paste instead of chili paste and sherry instead of wine. Still turned out incredibly tasty!! Dee

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

Amazing! With so many positive reviews I knew I could not go wrong. Served 8 adults and 8 kids - everyone loved it. I used a balsamic vinegar that had chili peppers and garlic already in it. How simple!
