Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I have made this recipe and shared it with a couple of people and all of us give this recipe a full thumbs up. I agree with those who say the gravy is amazing. I actually save it and freeze it for later because I can always throw it on top of egg noodles another night as a different meal.

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken
It was okay. I'm also Filipina and my mother made this a staple as we were growing up. Like others have reported, she added bay leaves and peppercorns but there were no onions in it. This is good for throwing into the crockpot and having something hot and tangy to eat when you come home, but it wasn't quite what I think of as truly authentic. Close, but no ceeeegar.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
It was tasty, but really kind of a belly-buster. If you are looking for something light, this is not the recipe to make. At lunchtime, I threw in the frozen chicken breasts, 3/4 of the salad dressing mix and fat free cream of mushroom soup into the crockpot on low. I added a generous heaping of sliced fresh mushrooms but NO margarine or butter. Came home 5 hours later and added 3/4 container of low fat cream cheese, shredded the chicken in the crockpot, and began boiling water for the egg noodles. Very easy to make, but as I said, it was a HEAVY meal. I had to add some milk to the sauce - it was way thick. I took the leftover sauce, added some more milk to thin it out a bit, and froze it for another meal.
