Mexican Corn on the Cob (Elote)
This it the first I have rated a recipe on this site! I made this tonight and it was excellent! In fact, it is the best corn I have ever tasted! I rolled the corn in butter, then put mayonaise/lime juice mixture on it and sprinkled with Cotija cheese and chili powder! It was so good the family ate it all! yreka2011

Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
THIS WAS FANTABULOUS!! This is the best pasta dish I have ever made! I sauteed green onions, garlic, sundried tomatoes with their own oil, basil, about 4 tblsp. of chicken broth until liquid almost absorbed. Then I mixed pasta with the sauteed mixture, added shredded Italian cheese mix,(mozzarella, parmesean,) then added crumbled basil/tomatoe feta, not too much it is salty. This was absolutely the best dish ever, the whole family loved it! I served it with grilled chicken strips. We will definitely add this to our recipe box and will make it often. MMMM MMMM Good!

Mexican Chicken Kiev
This was Excellent! This is my first review and after making this for dinner tonight I had to rate it! I would have given it 7 stars! I used whole green chilis and stuffed the pepper jack cheese inside the chili and rolled in the chicken breast. It definitely was a hit with the family they wanted left overs and there wasn't any! Thanks. Erin.
