Fantastic! I was everyone's favorite person the day I made these muffins. They were a terrific use of fresh blueberries. Definitely planning on making these again. I did find that I had extra of the topping, so I could have made less of it.

Buttery Corn Bread

Best cornbread I've ever had! I took it to a chili cook-off and got a ton of compliments. Went over very well with the family as well. The sweet taste is terrific for cutting any spice in chili.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Made this for my family with leftover ham and they loved it! I was disappointed to find there was hardly any leftover. I didn't follow the measurements exactly because I used the extra ham and veggies I had, but I can tell this recipe is very forgiving.

The perfect cookie for any chocolate lover. They were hard to tell when they were finished baking because they're so dark, but I managed to get it right and they were delicious!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

This recipe is delicious. The only problem I had was that it was very thin in my spring form pan, so I doubled the recipe the second time I made it. Had to cook it for longer, but I've gotten better at telling when a cheesecake is done

Mustard Chicken

Soooo moist and flavorful! There just needs to be a better method for keeping the onions on the chicken. Next time I'll either try a rack or refrigerating them, as some comments have suggested.

This tasted pretty good, but the sauce was a little runny. Compared to recipes where the chicken is in pieces, it was also more difficult to eat.

Chicken Enchiladas

These were delicious! We followed the advice of other reviews and added green chiles to the chicken mixture and added an extra can of sauce. Great leftover as well.
