Crock-Pot® Mushrooms

I love to sauté mushrooms, sliced medium, in butter and thyme. For incredible richness mix with cream, sour cream or Mascarpone. I exchange Mascarpone for cream cheese a lot.

Lemon Cake

Just a suggestion but what about using Jello Lemon or Lemon Cream instant pudding instead of Vanilla! I often make Lemon Cream instant pudding, throw in some fresh blueberries and crush Archway Shortbread Cookies (I think they're better than Walkers!!!!) Oh, and add 4 oz of Marscapone to instant pudding after it's made.

Serve English style with a bowl of clotted cream and a bowl of strawberry jam. Don't forget the cup of tea! You can find clotted cream at most good groceries and, of course, at Whole Foods.

Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos

I cook the chicken in taco seasoning. I garnish with avocado slices, black olives, chopped cilantro, sour cream. Serve with refried beans, Mexican rice, and chiffonade iceberg lettuce.

Old Fashioned Mac and Cheese

Fantastic recipe. I added one teaspoon powdered mustard and for the cheese I use Gruyere, white Vermont cheddar and jarlsberg. Italian seasoned panko mixed with butter on top then in oven 350 for 20-30 minutes

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Fantastic! Creamy, beefy noodly. Reminds me of Mom's every Thursday night dinner. 5 ingredients plus 1/4 cup of water. Now that's easy! I served it over buttered noodles and a handful of chopped flat leaf parsley. This was my first time making it but it's so easy I'll make it again.
