I added 1 teaspoon of ginger and 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg to the pumpkin mixture. I "dug" a hole in the pumpkin mixture in the cupcake pans to add the cream cheese mixture easier. I put the cream cheese mixture in a zip-lock bag and then cut the corner to add the mixture easier.
