A family hit. I made some changes. Fresh chopped tomatoes instead of canned,2 cloves of garlic, minced, basmati rice added to the cooked meat mixture with 1 cup water and cooked til tender. I did not have cheddar so i used what I had which was a provolone/mozz/parm blend. I also used tomato paste mixed with water for the topping. Super yummy!
