Spaghetti Squash I
This was a wonderful, SUPER dish! After reading many reviews: I followed the recipe, however changed the baking a little. I did microwave the squash for 6 minutes to make it easier to manage and cut. Once out of the microwave, I removed the seeds and then baked the halves facedown for 45 minutes in about an inch of water at 350. That was about all that I changed from the recipe, the squash came out perfect, I love the feta in this recipe. Give it a try! I will definitely be making this again!
