Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf
Very yummy! Definitely do the free formed loaf on a cookie sheet - it turns out perfect. I think next time I'll take a tip from another reviewer and cook the quinoa in chicken broth. I did add an extra egg and the mixture stayed together great. I may have made a mistake with the topping glaze/paste b/c it was fairly liquid and not paste like at all. However, the flavor was very very good and I will definitely make this again. I would also double the recipe for more leftovers.

Beer Cheese Pretzel Dip
Really yummy! Used 3...maybe 4 cups of cheese, omitted the seasoned salt. Served with Pretzels and it was great!

Salmon Puffs
I agree with others that this was too salty. I will either use fresh salmon baked with lemon and salt and pepper and the rest of the recipe as is, or substitute the feta with cream cheese. If I do the cream cheese mixture I would add some green onions and some spinach. I found if I generously brushed the egg white on the pastry they did not split open. I would highly recommend using the puff's flaky and delicious and MUCH prettier!
