Cheese Herb Bread

I only used 2 teaspoons of yeast (1 Tbl. seemed like a lot) and it came out excellent! We made it into garlic bread (heat up the broiler pan in the oven, mixed up some butter, parmesan, garlic, salt & pepper....spread it on a few slices..popped them in the oven on broil until they got brown, and sprinkled them with some shredded colby cheese till it melted) So good served with spaghetti!! You'll want it all the time.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

MMM, delicious!! How do I even begin to rave about these? A great, strong, peanut butter flavor, and perfectly soft and chewy. I've never had a peanut butter cookie so wonderful, and everyone in my family thought they were absolutely the best ever. When I was making them, I was a bit worried at first, because the batter looked quite soupy - almost like a pure, creamy peanut butter - But dont worry, they turn out! Also, I accidently really burnt the bottom of my first batch. It worked best for me to put them on the top shelf in the oven, and to take them out at 7 minutes and 45 seconds (the bottom edge looks slightly brown - but don't wait for the top to brown too much or the bottom will burn). They are a bit crumbly at first, so you may not think they are done. But once they cool, trust me! You'll be amazed. MMMM. 10 stars. Oh- Also, don't half the recipe, You'll be sorry you did. Make the entire amount called for in the recipe. :)

No Bake Cookies III

Excellent no-bakes!! I previosly had a recipe that called for 2 cups quick-cooking oats and boiled hard for 3 minutes, and those cookies did not work at all - they were always flat, gooey puddles. So I definitely recommend boiling for 1-2 minutes and using 3 cups quick-cooking oats. Also, with this recipes, I added about 1/2 cup of grape nuts (for an added crunch and nutritional benefit), which tasted delicious. :) Highly recommended!

Bacon Spaghetti

LOVED it :) If you love pasta in general, this recipe is terrific. The bacon and garlic made it taste wonderful. My friend's dad didn't like it because it didnt have tomato sauce, but the rest of us absolutely loved it. Definitely worth a try.
