omigosh, this was so good. i thought this was the first time i followed this recipe, but apparently i had already reviewed it! this time around tasted so much better. i used 3 cloves of garlic, panko bread crumbs, added rosemary to it since that's all i had, and used thigh pieces cut in half. i baked at 350 for 35 minutes. what a great alternative to milk and egg batter. we love garlic, i may add more next time. i will also try topping with fresh parmesan and broiling for the last 5 minutes for extra crunchiness. i also want to try making popcorn chicken. thanks for the recipe, my 4 year old ate A TON!!
