Chicago-Style Pan Pizza
This was very good. For those people who have trouble spreading the dough; 30 to 45 minutes before using dough, take out of fridge and let set for that amount of time. The gluttons will relax and the dough will be a lot easier to spread.

Grilled Potatoes and Onion
This was very good, but instead of spraying the foil, I used the new Release aluminum foil which is non-stick. It works wonderfully. I added some Italiqan seasoning and garlic, and we just loved it.

Baked Yam and Potato Casserole
This recipe is excellent...everyone we have served it to just fell in love with it. It's a good way to serve sweet potatoes to people who don't like a strong sweet potato flavor. The only changes I made were changing the broth to chicken and using Monterey Jack cheese instead of Mozzarella.
