Since I like spicy foods, I added 2 tbsps of chili powder, and a little bit more of the spicy thai sauce as well. I sprinkled some sesame seeds on top of the patties (after baking, while still hot), and I used PC Bagel Things (4-Seed) for the buns, which is a healthy substitute for regular burger burns! A fantastic recipe, for sure!
