I scaled this down to serve 2, even though it was only for me. I was skeptical about the mayo, but I followed the recipe as written, except I used a heavy hand with anchovy paste (I didn't want to have most of a can of anchovies leftover.) I made it in a mini-processor. It was a bit thick, but that didn't bother me.
It was delicious: restaurant quality. (Actually, it was better than the last caesar I had at a fine restaurant.) I ate the whole thing. I'll be making a larger quantity for dinner tonight, so that I'll have enough for another meal or two.
