Cinnamon and Lime Chicken Fajitas

My husband and I, who LOVE Mexican food, thought this was really bland. Not offensive, but not worth the effort either.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

This is a great recipe! However, I replaced the water with a can of lo-salt beef broth. Also, before serving, I boil about a cup of the juices with sliced pepperocinis to pour on top. Awesome!

Unbelievable Chicken

This recipe is wonderful! Easy, great taste and my picky kids loved it! I don't think it was too vinegary and, if marinated overnight, it practically melts in your mouth.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

The recipe calls for canned artichokes, but I used the marinated ones for extra flavor. Also, addded cayenne for kick. Very good!

Warm Crab Dip II

This was okay, but nothiong special. I thought the worchestershire flavor was overpowering and the crab was lost. Also, it could have used a little kick.

I have been looking for a tortilla soup to rival the Mexican restaurants and this is it! I added 1/4 cup lime juice to give it some kick and served with jalapenos. Also, freezes very well. Thanks, Sheila!

Spicy Bean Salsa

This stuff is absolutely addictive! I replaced the green peppers with red ones and used canned tomatoes with jalapenos already in them for an added kick. Also, the cilantro (at least a little) is a must! Thanks, Susan!

Ranch Dressing II

Really terrific, but like almost everyone else, I cut back on the dill and used reduced-fat buttermilk instead of sour cream. Also, add 1/4 skim milk.
