Famous Pork Chops

It's another, more healthy way of cooking port chops. At our house, I use saltines crushed, and pan fry 'em. They get brown and crunchy. I know, bad for you. But really good!

Applesauce

I used only about 1/3 c water, and mashed with a potato masher when cooked, for a chunky texture which we pefer. I've always used Splenda, and added a little nutmeg, as well.
