Italian Kale
This kale did not turn out well. Like others have suggested, the balsamic overpowered the dish. I added 3 tbsps water to the cooking kale based on some of the reviews, but it didn't cook off and the kale turned out really watery. Based on the 15 minute cook time, I thought it would cook longer, but after 3 minutes, it was reduced by more than half and I think it was overcooked. I will not make this one again.
