Accidentally ended up changing quite a bit, but the end result was still pretty good. Used a yellow pepper instead of green, used creole seasoning instead of cajun (I misread the label!), didn't use basil, didn't use as much cream, used 4 green onions, many more mushrooms and just went crazy with the mixture of spices until I was happy. End result tasted good but as another person said, sauce was VERY soupy even after I let it cook down. I ended up adding in 2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch, which thickened it up amazingly. Also added a spritz of lemon on top which made a huge difference, it really cut the taste of cream and fatty-ness. Will probably make this again but use even LESS cream and add in white wine.
