Easy Guacamole

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2012
The entire family loved this recipe as written. I will put a bottle of hot sauce next to it next time for our men that love hot. Even the little kids loved it!

Yogurt Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2012
I was in a hurry. I cut my chicken into strips and skipped to butter. Kept all ingredients the same. This was a refreshing change. I will do it again. Next time I will live my pan with foil for easy clean up. Thank you for the recipe.

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
Very easy. Word of warning, pan is hard to clean cover it with foil for easy clean up. Drippings made a wonderful gravy for rice and the pork. I would cook to 145 and let rest for 10 minutes. I like my pork with a hint of pink in the middle. This recipe still needs 1 hour for cooking.

Loved this recipe! Easy to cook and quick. This is sweet. If your apples are sweet - you may want to decrease the sugar.

Great you can even cut the recipe in half and it works great. I used it on pumpkin cookies and loved the combination.

London Broil II

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2011
Nice easy recipe. Let marinate overnight. Nice for a quick meal with a salad. I would pound the steak 1st if you are using london broil. Remember it is more tender if you cook it medium rare.

Blueberry Walnut Salad

Outstanding - good enough for company. We did not like the raspberry with it and used Good Seasons made with white balsamic vinegar. Great combo....we will make this each year at the end of blueberry season when berries are tghe sweetest

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
This was great. I did not have the sun-dried tomatoes on hand so I used 2 cupes of grape tomatoes quartered instead. I used black pepper instead of the red pepper flakes and let my husband put on his own red pepper flakes. This was quick and easy. A new twist on pasta.
