Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This soup/chilli is delicious! Only made on substitution: I used a can of red kidney beans with a "chilli" recipe since I couldn't find one in my grocery store. Used a bottle of Corona and frozen corn and there's absolutely no beer taste. I cooked in the slow cooker on High for about 4 hours, and started shredding the chicken around the 3 hour mark. Then put it on low for another 2 hours. So, so yummy. I like spicy so if you don't, then I'd definitely recommend using diced tomatoes without the chiles or only one with chiles. You can always make spicier later. I would probably only do 2 chicken breasts next time as well... a little too much chicken in my book. Great on a chilly day!

Fluffy French Toast
I picked up some challah bread last night and searched the amazing for the perfect French Toast recipe, and this one was calling my name. My fiance told me to never make French Toast any other way again. No substitutions at all! I did oversoak my first 3 pieces. If I hadn't done that, the mixture probably would have covered the whole loaf, instead I have 2 pieces leftover. So yummy!!

Cajun Chicken Pasta
My fiance at this up! I substituted half & half as well for the heavy cream and added a couple cups of chopped garlic instead of garlic powder. The sauce was very thin although I let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Next time I will add some corn starch. I also added some red pepper flakes because it was not spicy enough for us! I love the idea of using shrimp in this as well. Thanks for the submission!
