I thought this was very good with a nice chewy middle and crispy top, though I didn't think the flavor was very bright. My friends all loved these though, I just thought it could have been more flavorful.

Really light-tasting and very flavorful!!! I used olive oil instead of margarine, 3 apples instead of 2, and heavy cream instead of yogurt. fantastic!

Delicious! I agree with those reviewers who said this is the right amount of spices if you use fresh (and freshly ground.) Highly recommend buying a $20 spice grinder, makes a big difference for dishes like thsi. I also added a couple potatoes (steamed and cut into 1"-2" cubes) and it added some nice texture alterations. Only weird thing was biting into a whole clove or piece of cinnamon - I'd recommend crushing the cinnamon to the point that the pieces are quite small and taking the cloves out after cooking.

DELICIOUS!! Very fluffy, perfect for making a light cake without having to use a heavy buttercream frosting. Kept well for several days on frosted cake (in fridge)

I was suprised how good this was. As others said, the garlic burnt a tiny bit but that didnt adversley affect the taste. I used purple cauliflower plus a few florets of broccoli. I also added some fresh basil and a tiny Cayenne - fantastic, will definitely make again.

this is EXCELLENT. I add more cranberries to the top and add some (about 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup) to the batter to keep it moist. DELICIOUS!

Very delicious. My friends thought they were amazing. I used Kahlua, Amaretto, Kirsch, and Rum to flavor my truffles, with Dark Chocolate, almonds, powdered sugar, and white chocolate (respectively) to coat the truffles.

Very bland. Not fantastic. There are better pasta dishes out there...

This has become a staple of my repitroire (sp?). I love it. I use spicy sausage (or if not, then add some Cayanne pepper to the sauce), lots of garlic, add some frozen vegis, use more diced tomatoes as well as italian herbs and a tablespoon of sugar, and add parmesan cheese on the top. DELICIOUS. So filling. So yummy.

This was pretty good. I made a few changes which I think improved it: added 2 cloves minced garlic to the onions when sauteing, then 1/2 large zucchini and 1/2 large summer squash, sliced, until soft. Without the vegis this would have been very plain. Good taste, though.

SO GOOD! This was very very delicious. The apples were very tender underneath, and the crust on top was delicious and chewy. Some changes that I made and found effective: for sprinkle mixture used brwn sugar instead of white, used about 2x cinnamon, and added 1/4 tsp cornstarch to make sure the apples juices congeled. I also zested about 1/4 lemon over the apples and squeeze about 1/4 lemon of juice over them. For the topping, I used 1/2 cup white sugar and a half cup unpacked brown sugar. THIS MADE IT VERY Excellent. The crust came to a dark golden brown and was so yummy. I will definitly make this soon again.

This was really delicious. Even my roomate, who is a meat-and-potatoes person, loved it. The flavors blended so well... I am DEFINITELY making this agian. I used frozen spinach, chicken broth, and extra garlic. I also forgot to add the tomatoes (oops!), and it was still excellent.
