Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2013
I've made many turkey burgers and this one is absolutely wonderful! I used Italian bread crumbs, used dried minced onions, I didn't have any parsley fresh or dried so I omitted the parsley, used garlic powder out of laziness, lol! And these burgers are amazing.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
These are the best potatoes, my entire family loved them. I was in a hurry so I microwaved my potatoes, and used the real bacon bacon bits. I saved this recipe to my recipe box.

White Almond Wedding Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
I've used this cake recipe so many times. It is the best. I've done it with chocolate cake mix and chocolate chips, and lemon cake mix. It always comes out wonderfully moist and delicious. My next test is using it with strawberry cake mix.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
This is the best fudge ever. Whenever I make it for anyone they just love it and somtimes I'm asked for the recipe. The secret in making my Aunt Teen's Creamy Fudge even better, is I use ghirardelli milk chocolate candy bars in place of the milk chocolate chips. This is expensive to do so I only do it for special occasions.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
These are the best wings ever. Whenever I make them they come out fantastic! The key to these wings is the refrigeration. It's a must, and if you can do it at least an hour but the hour and a half makes them even better. I've fried these wings without putting them in the fridge and they didn't have the lasting cripiness that I've noticed since I've started refrigerating the wings prior to frying. Me and my entire family love these wings.

Caramel Frosting IV

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2012
This is a wonderful Carmel Frosting, however I think 1/4 tsp. of salt is a little to much. I made this frosting twice. The first time I used salted butter and forgot to add the salt and it was wonderful. The second time I used salted butter and used the 1/4 tsp. of salt and it was just a tiny bit to salty for me, but still good. In my opinion the 1/4 tsp. of salt would be okay if unsalted butter was used. I will continue to use this recipe because even with the salty sweet taste it is the best carmel I've ever made for my cakes.

Best Spanish Rice

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2012
OMG! This is a great recipe for Spanish rice. My family enjoys it everytime I prepare it. I add about a half cup of ketchup, 1 tsp. of salt sense when I don't use the chicken broth because I don't have any, lol! I use the medium chunky Pace salsa, and 1/2 stick of butter or margrine, only because I have to have it in any rice I cook. I sometime even substitute the onion for dry minced onion when I don't feel like chopping onions. Last but not least i always use the jasmine rice for this recipe. Delisssssh!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2013
This is a very good carrot cake. I followed the directions as stated and the cake was lovely. I've made it several times and it has never come out dense, only moist and tasty. If you want a delicious carrot cake, this is the one. I've omitted the coconut when I've made it for my home and it's still wonderful. My mother in law likes coconut so I add coconut when I make it for her. As long as you keep the cake batter mixture as is, it doesn't matter what you add in or take out the cake will still be great!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2013
Good cookie, just couldn't get one batch to form into a ball or get them too look like the cookies displayed with the recipe. However, my husband loved them and my 6 year old says they are good, good, good! He asked if I could put frosting on them. I am thinking an orange glaze would be good.
