Tomato Soup I

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2005
This is incredible! It was a little sweet the first time I made it so I put half the sugar in the second time and it was perfect!

This was a great summer salad at our BBQ. We liked it served warm best.

Sweet and Sour Pork III

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2007
This recipe was great. I also used chili garlic sauce instead of ketchup and a pork loin instead of a pork butt. Next time I might make a little more rice because mine seemed extra "saucy." Thanks for the recipe!

Cashew Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2007
I must have done something wrong. I think I followed the recipe exactly, but this did not turn out how I thought it would. Mine was more of a soup than a casserole. The celery and green peppers still tasted raw when it came out of the oven, and the noodles were really mushy. I won't be making this again.

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2008
Delicious! I made this exactly as the recipe reads and added a pinch of cayenne pepper. It really does get better as leftovers! Thanks for the recipe! 9/12 - This time I sauteed the chicken pieces in olive oil, salt, and a generous amount of lemon pepper. While the chicken was cooking, I added an onion, 2 carrots, and 2 stalks of celery. Afterwards, I added the chicken broth and potatoes and brought everything to a boil for 10 min. before adding the rest of the veggies.

Ciabatta Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2008
I followed the instructions exactly and both loaves turned out great! I also sprayed the tops with water every 3 minutes and then brushed the tops with EVOO when there was about 5 minutes left. I will certainly be making this again. Thanks for the great recipe!
