Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2014
It's been hard to find a recipe that doesn't taste bland or is too watery. This was fantastic! It definitely doesn't need more salt, the chicken broth had more than enough. Followed the recipe to the T.

Quick Yeast Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
Very soft & fluffy, I used this recipe for the dough to make coffee cake for my husband & his army buddies. They absolutely loved the bread for the coffee cake, but they'll eat just about anything ;) As for the stickiness I just sprayed my hands w/cooking spray & that worked out great. I will use this for future yeast rolls & my coffee cake. No longer buy the frozen ones :)

Easy Grilled Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2011
This was pretty good, turned out very tender & surprisingly juicy. I did use half the amount of soy sauce & added a little brown sugar. My husband who can not stand chicken let alone white meat chicken actually said it was yummy. I give it 4 stars only because it still could've used a little less soy sauce but it was good, fast, tender & juicy.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
Was a little disappointed, seemed a little bland. Didn't care for the grease coating my throat afterwards either, even though I emptied half the grease from the bacon out. Thanks to other reviews I opted out on adding the olive oil. I give it a 3 because my 7 yr old enjoyed it VERY much, he wanted to take the left overs for lunch & he never asks that so I think I'm being generous on my rating. For his sake it's a keeper :)

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
I was a little Leary about this, made a few tweaks to the receipe but when all said & done, it was delish! The kids & husband devoured it first then worked on the sides, which pleased me. I made it with egg noodles but the gravy congealed to quickly, not sure how to fix that. It was yummy tho! :)
