I'm in my early 40's, and I'm pretty much a big kid at heart. I love hiking, walking, rollerskating, and many other activities. I am a culinary school dropout. I would love to go back, but my small eBay business takes up all of my time. So for now, I'm just an avid cook! I'll attempt just about any type of food. I just find it relaxing to cook.
