It was 'okay', to me, it didn't have a lot of flavor. I think the heavy cream washed out the flavor and made it taste more on the bland side.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

I made these rolls 2x and they came out like biscuits. I think this would work better as cinnamon roll dough. Not light and fluffy..

Cracked Sugar Cookies I

I just had to re-edit this because these are so great I wanted to say again.. they are yummy and fool proof.. skip the cream of tartor if you dont have it!!!!!The best sugar cookie recipe ever! It DOES taste like Subway's cookies. They are soft, chewy and yummy. They cook well, and strangely it's hard to over cook them. I omit the cream of tartar because I didn't have it.. no big deal, just don't flatten them. These are not "cakey or cumbley".. try this recipe!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

Very tasty! I cooked mine for plus 15 mins and covered with foil half way. I used a garlic/lemon prepkg pork loin. I wish the crust was "crusty".. maybe add an egg?

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

I think it needs the salt/butter that it calls for (tried without and it was too bland).. also I wouldnt add the sour cream like a few others suggested on the next go around. No raw onions.. they dont cook well in the casserole. I also had a hard time getting the top to crust. FYI, do not add fresh garlic..

Chicken and Dumplings III

This CD recipe turned out creamy and delish! If you follow the directions on the back of the can on how to make it as soup it works out just fine...it thickens as it cooks with the dough. Half water (or chicken broth) half milk, wah-lah!

Easy Egg Tarts

This tasted like Extra Sweet scrambled eggs...one to many eggs I think. My kids wouldnt even touch it! The only good thing is..it baked up nice...ie didnt burn. Thumbs down, what a waste.

Funnel Cakes IV

Very yummy, just like the fairs! You can play around with differnt toppings. This browns really fast so keep your eye on it. It will takes a few trys to get the hang of it and make the "classic look". I suggest starting from the middle making a back and forth motion; if you spread the mix out to much it will separate. Makes a lot and you can freeze it. Good luck!

V-Eight Vegetable Beef Soup

Ack, the v-8 made it to "tangy" so I had to add a can of beef broth and onion soup mix. It was so-so after wards.
