Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce

wow awesome we loved it, unfortunately when I decided to make this for dinner I had no shiso but it was still amazing, next time I might add a touch more ginger, but it was superb a real keeper. I also did the fish on the stove top and did not use the oven, great with jasmine rice

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

My hubby loved it, after reading the reviews I did not add any sugar, till the very end and just added a tiny bit of brown to counteract the chili powder as he does not like things to spicy, might just cut down on that next time. Sliced my onions used Stubbs Mesquite bbq, a tablespoon of mesquite liquid smoke and a shot of soy, I think I will be making this again, even made my own bread for the sandwich, cooked it for almost 10 hours on low

Ginger-Scallion Crusted Salmon

Yummy was it worth going on diet for the following week yes, I loved it served it with Jasmine rice but kept the cucumber salad seperate very refreshing, I to had trouble with the crust it did not crisp up maybe my oven was not hot enough, maybe next time will just put it under the broiler to finish

Asparagus Cashew Rice Pilaf

very good recipe the only change that I made was instead of spaghetti I used orzo, also I did have to add additional broth and it was cooked in 15 mins, but probably due to the gas not going low enough wish I had a simmer ring on my cooker oh and I also dry roasted the cashews before adding

Heavenly Shortbread

made these in a heart shape for valentines day for my husband but split into 4 and did almond with almonds and extract, and cherry, plain and raisin using vanilla big hit my husband did not eat them all so took to friends and now I have orders for them. However be carefull with the raisin one as I think you need to soad them first as they kind of exploded in the oven but still tasted great

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

This was great I also made a paste of sundried tomatoes in oil and roasted red bell peppers spread that on the chicken then the pesto and grated italian blend cheese. I also dipped it in egg and panko seasoned with some italian seasoning and some freshly grated parmasan. Served it with fetuccini alfredo with sauted mushrooms and chives was a winner . I might also do this without panko and slice and eat cold for a buffet
