Excellent! I've made this 3 times and have received so many compliments. The recipe is perfect as is. Just make enough, because this dish will disappear in a flash.

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
As many reviewers have mentioned, this is a great basic meatball recipe. My extra touch was chopped green onions, about 1 Tbsp dijon mustard, a dash of Worschester sauce, and a touch of salt and pepper. We ate them plain, without any sauce and they were delicious. thanks for this wonderful recipe.

Spinach Enchiladas

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
I just finished serving this recipe to my family and it was a big hit, even with the picky eaters. I made it with low fat ricotta, 2% shredded cheese and fat free sour cream and it was fabulous! Im sure the full fat version is even more delicious. I will definitely make this one again.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2008
I always have used the store bought pancakes in a box thinking I found the best one. This morning I was out and the kids wanted pancakes, so i turned to this recipe. I am amazed and will never again make pancakes out of a box! This was so fluffy and delicious that my little guy who normally eats 1 or 2 pancakes gobbled 4 of them. This is a fantastic recipe. I will cut out the salt next time, only because I normally use very little or no salt in my cooking.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Very nice recipe. However, cut the oil in half and the sugar in half and it would be perfect. I added some apple bits and golden raisins for variety.

Chewy and delicious! We just made green colored popcorn balls for a St. Patty's reading party. Just one thing: keep the unpopped kernals out of the mix!!

Vegan Split Pea Soup I

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2007
I had this soup at CPK and i loved it and of course came to my favorite cooking source to find it. I made this particular one and it was wonderful. its filling, tasty and easy to make. only thing, as others mentioned, it takes a long time to simmer enough to get the flavors to blend. I added fresh squeezed lemon juice and a touch of fresh chili pepper for a kick. it was wonderful and i will be making this again.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2007
This is a very tasty, light meal. I used lean ground turkey. its so good i end up eating half the mixture by myself! i did not add ginger the second time, but it was just as tasty as the first time i made this with the ginger. i'm glad to have found this.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2007
DELICIOUS!!! we made this for dinner with guests and its all gone. i read a lot of the reviews and took some of the advice like increase the lemon juice and reduce baking time to 15 min and then 2 min on broil. This tastes a lot like Shrimp scampi but so delicate. very nice recipe.

Persian Fesenjun

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2005
This is a great recipe...easy...but I always add sugar to the sauce so it cuts the tartness and the flavor becomes sweet and sour. Some may like more sugar, others less, depends on your taste buds. i chop the walnuts until they are super fine. i love this recipe.

Easy Masoor Daal

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2005
Very delicious. I used brown lentils, half cup fresh chopped onion, omitted the ginger and cumin, but added about 2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar halfway thru the simmer time for an extra kick. I did have to add extra water to it as the lentils cooked to tender. a great dish, thank you very much!!!
