Chocolate Covered Cherry Martini
Delicious and decadent. Used Godiva in place of the vodka, maraschino juice in lieu of grenadine, and lined the glass with the syrup instead of mixing it in. It tastes so much like a chocolate covered cherry that I'm deliciously happy. Thank you for a wonderful concoction.

Chef John's Chicken and Biscuits
I generally don't rate recipes I've altered as I feel it is unfair to the submitter. In this case, however, I'm doing so as I feel the original recipe is a 10 star as my somewhat-healthier-so-we-can-have-it-more-often version is a 5. Roux is great but not for an everyday meal in our house sadly. In place of butter, I use 1 TBS of olive oil and 1-2 TBS of flour in lieu of the half cup. We use soy milk in cooking and I don't add tarragon, which are strictly health/taste variations. This is one spicy, delightful dish. And who knew that canned biscuits would be perfect? Oh, and I've used homemade broth and in a pinch Trader Joe's low-sodium version. All good.

Pumpkin Casserole
Definitely a 5 star. Since this was a side dish, I did decrease the sugar to make it a bit less sweet and a bit healthier. I also subbed soy milk for the evaporated. Other than that, I followed exactly. I've a goal to try to make my own pumpkin puree this year. When I make this with fresh puree, I think I'll have found my first 10 star. Bravo and thank you Lori!
