Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2015
I started these last night and let them cook overnight. What can I say but, DELICIOUS!!! The sauce was just wonderful the way the recipe was written. I'm going to make just the sauce to store in the refrigerator to have on hand for other meat, and even vegetable dishes. I bet a little warm sauce on a baked potato would be great. Thank you for sharing this great easy recipe with us!!

Cheeseburger Soup I

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2013
This is one of the best soups I have ever had. The only changes I made were 1) doubled it 2)used shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese 3)used baby carrots and 4) used a couple shakes of garlic powder. I'm having it again tomorrow. I wanted to eat it all because it tasted so good. But I stopped when I was full. Fantastic!

Easy Peasy Chicken Bake

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
This was most excellent. I had no wine or red wine vinegar so I used extra chicken broth and cider vinegar respectively. I also didn't have any mustard seed, so I just squirted in about a teaspoon and a half of spicy brown mustard. The taste was sensational! Just ta hint of mustard with the spice of thyme and all the other flavors made for a delicious meal. I live by myself and used six thighs, so I have two more meals out of this batch. I can't wait to eat them! This would be great to serve any company that I may have. Did I say this was delicious???

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: May 17, 2011
Excellent recipe. I hate making cookies now that my kids are all grown up. So I patted the cookie dough in an eight-inch pan and then sprinkled on the cinnamon/sugar mixture. I baked it at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Nice and crispy on the outside and moist and cake-like on the inside. Tasty!!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2011
I made these this past weekend for my oldest son and his family. I think my daughter-in-law would dump my son for one of these cookies. I gave her a printed out copy. I, too, just used 1/2 cup of each white sugar and brown sugar. Very, very good cookies!!! Thanks!

Mom's Peas and Noodles

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2011
This was very simple yet very good! I added about a teaspoon of garlic salt when I added the Parmesan to the peas and pasta. I also added about half a stick of butter to the hot pot after dumping the peas and pasta in a colander. Would be great with tuna or bits of leftover ham. I'll try that next time.
