Very easy and my family liked it. It needs more seasoning for my family's taste. Next time I will season the meat while I cook it and replace the salt with Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning. Adds just the right spice my family loves! We also used wheat egg noodles and it tasted great.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Yum! My husband (who doesn't like cream cheese) liked these. I had extra stuffing so I froze it for later. Definitely a hit!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Super sweet easy cornbread recipe! I've been looking for a sweet cornbread recipe for a while and never found one that was as good as my husband's granny's cornbread. Although it was delicious, it was almost too sweet. Next time, I will reduce the sugar a bit to adjust to our taste, but otherwise - fabulous!!

Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

This was so easy to make and very tasty, too! It was a terrific change from the usual herbed chicken recipes. Broiling the chicken gave it a nice flavor. I used bone-in but skinless chicken and they came out great! This is definitly a do-over at my house. Hubby really liked it and my finicky 14-month old gobbled it up!
