Mandarin Pork Roast

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2011
This was a GREAT choice for a spur-of-the-moment dinner gathering! We have a friend who has lived in the Mid-East for several years, and cannot buy pork to eath while there. I fixed this when our friend came to dinner last night, and I was pleased with the response. The sauce is terrific! I did as directed and made twice as much, and even used pineapple/orange concentrate. The guests just kept asking for more, and saying how delicious it was. I used a boneless 5 lb. roast, and just reduced cooking time about 15 mins. Make this. You won't be dissappointed, and neither will your guests!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2011
This cake was a wonderful addition to a Dinner for 6 Group we attended this weekend. We had Italian food, and the cake was a great finish. It was well worth the effort to make. Everyone loved it! I used espresso powder and cocoa as recommended online for a coffee liqueur substitute. Be sure you refrigerate this cake as directed, with all the creamy elements. Happy cooking!

BBQ Teriyaki Pork Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2008
This is a great recipe for kabobs, especially for summertime when you can get fresh pineapple readily. I don't use tomatoes on my kabobs - just green pepper, onion, and pineapple along with the pork. Yummy. Make sure you add a little sesame oil for an added taste boost.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2006
This recipe is GREAT - thanks for posting! I substitute chicken broth for the white wine when I make it - comes out wonderfully. Also, this dish can be made and served like spaghetti, instead of cooking it casserole style. Just prepare the sauce, pasta, and then brown the chicken breasts/tenders in a skillet. Delicious. I made it on vacation over the 4th, and the family loved it.
