I am a retired college professor. I love to be creative. I make up recipes frequently or I may see one and change it to my own taste. Christmas eve dinner was always English. With roast beef, yorkshire pudding, etc. I'm not much of a baker, but I make great soups, stews and love to find new ways to prepare salmon. The first time I ever tried to make a Cuban rice and beans recipe. I didn't know the difference between a bulb or garlic and a clove of garlic. You can't imagine how many cloves went into that recipe!!!
