Angel Chicken Pasta

I was very surprised with this recipe. All the while I was cooking it, I was worried I wouldn't like the sauce. But, it turned out perfectly. Although, in my opinion, I think this sauce is more of a gravy, than a pasta sauce. So, I served my chicken over rice and it was just as delicious!

Pasta Hot! Hot! Hot!

This recipe wasn't what I was expecting. It was very bland. I had to add salt and pepper to it for it to be seasoned. Once the salt and pepper was added, it was still just okay. I served it with chicken breast I pan seared with lemon pepper seasoning and garlic bread. Overall it was edible, but I don't think I'll make it again. It wasn't a very memorable recipe.

Beef and Parmesan Pasta

I made this recipe today and OMG it was soooooooo good! It's almost like a homemade Hamburger Helper. The only thing I did different was: I added chopped onion and bell peppers, 1 Tbsp of chili powder, 3 chopped garlic cloves, and in addition to the beef broth, I added 1 cup of water. The one can of beef broth just wasn't enough liquid. I also let it simmer with the top on the pot. Oh, and I cooked mine longer than the alloted 15 minutes. You definantely need more than 15 minutes if you want the pasta to cook all the way through. This was a great recipe! I can't wait to try it again!

Souper Baked Chicken

This was a really good recipe! Very simple and easy. Quick too! The chicken came out very moist and tender. I will definantely be making this again!

Roasted New Red Potatoes

I love this recipe! Simple and easy! The only modification I made was using Lawry's and some greek seasoning to season my potatoes. I also used some dried parsley (didn't have fresh on hand). The potatoes came out great!

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

Based on some of the reviews, I ommited the Lipton Onion Soup mix and seasoned my potatoes with Lawry's and some greek seasoning. I also used some dried parsley (didn't have fresh on hand). The potatoes came out great! I will definantely be making these again!

Barlow's Blackened Catfish

This fish was soooooooo delicious! It was flaky and the italian dressing gave it great flavor! As with some of the other reviewers, I made some minor modifications. I cut back on the cayenne pepper (I used 1/8 tsp), the salt (I used 1/2 tsp), the black pepper(I used 1/2 tsp), and the italian dressing. I didn't quite use the full 1 cup. But, since the sauce was so good, I'll be sure to use all of it the next time I make this dish! I also used olive oil instead of butter to blacken the fillets. Overall, this recipe gets an A+ from me! I'm sharing it with all of my friends!
