Shepherd's Pie VI
I am only giving this four stars because it was a bit bland. I did add Worcestershire sauce to it, but I think next time I will add more of it and I will definitely add more salt and pepper the meat when I'm cooking itl Otherwise this is a great starting point and I will definitely make it again.

Greek Island Chicken Shish Kebabs
Oooh, I made this tonight and it was lovely! I didn't have the thyme so I used marjoram instead, but mmm mmm! It is good! Would definitely make again. Thanks so much for this Dolce. I let it marinate for about 8 hours and it was nice and juicy too.

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin
I made this tonight and it was good, a bit too mustardy for me, but next time I make it I will just cut down on the mustard. I let in marinate for 8 hours and I must say it was juicy! I did make it in the oven at 350 and I'm not sure but I think it took about an hour, I just cooked in until reached 160.
