Fantastic!!! I pretty much followed the recipe, although I use a lot more celery than it calls for (3 large stalks) I also added carrots and cooked it in the crockpot for 3-4 hours, then used a potato masher a little bit, to break up some of the potatoes, I added sharp cheddar to the milk/butter/flour mixture, added it at the end and cooked another 30 minutes. It's so delicious!!

Vegetarian Refried Beans

I will never buy a can of refried beans again!! This was delicious!! It does take a while to make, and you really have to keep an eye on it toward the end, but it's so worth it!!! I think next time I'm gonna add fresh diced jalapeno when I add the tomato! yummmmmy!!!

Ice Cream Sandwich Desserts

all i can say is WOW!!! what an easy to make, delicious dessert! I did mine with peanut butter (which i microwaved) and hot fudge drizzled over both layers of whipped topping. The french vanilla cool whip was great with it! And I crumbled up some reses cups for the top (don't like peanuts)!! Fantastic!! Thanks for sharing!

White Chili with Chicken

delicious!!! I only made minor changes. I added celery and green chilis and cooked everything in a slow cooker, shredded the chicken instead of dicing. Topped with shredded PEPPERJACK cheese and cilantro, it was sooooo good! Also great with chips, you can dip chips or lay them flat, top with chili and pepperjack, tomato and jalapeno, and bake in an over for delicious nachos!!

Garbage Plate Sauce

I am from Rochester, and living in New Jersey now, I get cravings for garbage plates!!! This sauce is perfect!!! I am going to make this very regularly and have it on hand constantly! Must eat with mac salad, homefries, cheeseburger or hot dogs!!! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe! My husband also thanks you :)
